Barry’s Bootcamp is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines cardio on the treadmill with strength training, set to energizing music in a red-lit studio. Known as “The Best Workout in the World,” it’s designed to push you to your limits and deliver real results.

Personal Training

I offer one-on-one and group personal training sessions at either the convenience of your home or at our state of the art facility at The Training Lab. Sessions are thoughtfully designed to help you achieve your goals. I work with clients of all ages and skill levels!
